The Highlanders media sessions during the 2010 campaign will be organised as follows:

Pre-season – please contact Kate Shirtcliff (Highlanders Communications) on 021 455 331 to arrange an interview with a coach, players or team management.

While the Highlanders are in New Zealand there will be two sessions a week at Logan Park, North Dunedin. For weekly updates of these session times please email Kate at kate.shirtcliff@orfu.co.nz to receive our media releases along with the team schedule.

• If the team is playing on a Friday, the sessions will be Monday and Wednesday.
• For a Saturday game, the sessions will be Monday and Thursday.

Monday is an open session, where footage and photographs can be taken throughout the training. For the second session of the week, please limit filming and photographs to the warm up/warm down part of training. Please note that before attending a training you must contact Kate Shirtcliff.

The interview sessions will be held prior to the beginning of the afternoon training session between 1.15pm-1.45pm.To book an interview with a coach or player please send your requests to Kate Shirtcliff as early as possible.

The team list will be released 48 hours before the match and the coaching team will be available for comment at the time given on the media release.

When the team is abroad, Team Manager Greg O’Brien is the media contact however Kate Shirtcliff will still be your first point of contact.

The travel details of the Highlanders will be included in the media release for the week ahead.
